Zhvania school within the framework of management and administration program implements a base program LEPL Zurab Zhvania School of Public Administration within the framework of public management and administration program implements a base program “civil servants managerial skills” and “development of personal and professional competences”. The course includes the following topics: Strategic management – planning; quality and service control, risk management, change management; making decisions, being a leader and leading a team, motivating and empowering a team, gender equality and eliminating sexual harassment from the work place; professional communication, effective communication and effective negotiations, relationship with media and public speaking; ethics of public service, conflict resolution, organizational culture, anti-corruption politics and legal ways to fight corruption. Teaching is conducted in parallel mode where 116 public servants are participating. Face to face teaching is being conducted in Tbilisi and Kutaisi, for representatives of Kvemo-Kartli and Imereti municipalities. At the same time learning process is taking place in a remote mode with different groups.
