LEPL Zurab Zhvania School of Public Administrations project financed by UNESCO
LEPL Zurab Zhvania School of Public Administrations project financed by UNESCO – “Increasing access to employment and upskilling for women of ethnic minorities”.
Within the project, 3-work meeting-seminars where held. The meetings were about the preparatory work for developing training module for pilot sectoral terminology of the Georgian language.
• Necessity of teaching ethnic minority groups sectoral terminology;
• Discussion of the possibility of employment and education in IT field for integration purposes.
• Raising awareness for women of ethnic minorities.
The goal of the program is – Integration of female representatives of ethnic minorities in society, Raising probabilities for their self-realization and economic possibilities, through teaching sectoral terminology of the Georgian language.
The reporters other than Zhvania School team were IT field and employment state agency representatives and sectoral Georgian language trainers.
