Shota Murghulia has many years of experience working in organizational management and public decision making. From 2012 to 2013, he was working as a Deputy Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure and supervised major budget organizations, including: Roads Department of Georgia, Municipal Development Fund, United Water Supply Company of Georgia. His legal power included improvement of administration of supervising organizations. From 2014 to 2017, Shota Murghulia was elected as a mayor of city of Kutaisi. He managed the whole city and subordinated organizations. He was the vice-president of National Association of Self-Governments and on a central level, lobbied self-governments’ initiatives, including implementation of professional retraining of public employees mechanisms. Shota Murghulia has 17 years of experience teaching in Georgia’s leading universities and has been cooperating with Zhvania School of Public Administration for 6 years.
Irina Shalamberidze has 15 years of experience working in HR field. In 2018, she established recruiting/consulting company HR4 Business. Since 2019, she has been conducting lectures at New Vision University in HR management as an invited lecturer. During her career, she held senior management positions in leading Georgian companies, where she has managed the following projects: organizational structure organizing, legal regulation of working relations, organizing mass-recruitment system and head-hunting, creation of motivational systems and its implementation, systematization of trainings and development, development and implementation of assessment systems. She leads trainings of effective communication.
Irakli Meskhi is the director of “SUBWAY” Batumi. Since 2017, he has been working as a trainer of service and quality management, risks and change management. Since 2013, he is a lecturer in “Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University”. He has many years of experience working in public sector. From 2008 to 2012 he was the head of financial analysis and procurements department of “Clinical Hospital of Batumi”. Also, he was the leading specialist at financial-economic department of “Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University”. 2006-2007 were the years of him being the leading specialist at the Economic Policy Department’s Targeted Programs’ Monitoring Unit of the Ministry of Finance and Economy of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara.
Ekaterine Siradze is a lawyer and a trainer certified by the Academy of Public Servants of the Federal Republic of Germany (dbb academie). She is actively involved in the process of professional development of public servants in the following fields: news and challenges of public service reform, ethics and general laws of behavior of public service, anti-corruption politics and implementation of mechanisms of the prevention of corruption. Within the framework of university courses, she presents lectures on disciple of civil law. She is an author of numerous manuals, being formed with the support of civil service bureau for development partners. Since 2014, she holds the position of Acting Head of Analytical Department at the Civil Service Bureau. She is actively involved in public service reform implementation process. In particular, she participated in the development and subsequent implementation of legal documents regulating the public sector.
Ekaterine Targamadze has many years of experience working in public sector. She has also lead various lectures and training courses in universities, as well as programs financed by donor organizations in the fields of business, economics, strategic planning, municipal budget process, democratic administration and etc. In 2017, she established “Democratic and Effective Administration Centre”. From 2018, she has worked as an expert at information centre of DCFTA Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Ekaterine Targamadze is a master of economics.
