David Gunashvili is a certified trainer in Ethics, Management and Leadership. He regularly conducts trainings for public servants. Since 2015, under the auspices of NATO, he has been conducting workshops in military educational institutions of Ukraine on topics such as: “Transparency, accountability and integrity in human resource management”. David Gunashvili holds Bachelor’s degree in international business-law. In 2001, he first started public service in Ministry of Defense of Georgia. He worked in the field of international relations and resource management. Since 2014, David has been coordinating the implementation of the program “Building Integrity” in national defense system. In 2015-16, he was selected as a strategic human resources advisor in “EU Strategic Advisory Mission to Ukraine”. From 2017, David Gunashvili holds the position of Head of Human Resources Department of the Ministry of Defense of Georgia.
Leader of "Public Administration Program". He has 20 years of experience being a trainer. Since 1999, he has been conducting training sessions as an invited trainer in private companies, as well as educational centers – CAC( Caucasus Academic Center) and GIPA (Georgian Institute of Public Affairs). He also has many years of experience administrating public projects. From 2013 to 2015, he has participated in planning and administrating projects such as: „Regional Health Center” and “Universal Medical Center”. From 1997 to this day, Giorgi provides business development consulting. He has developed and carried out numerous successful projects. He possesses Master of Law and Bachelor of System Administration degrees. During his career, he has completed educational courses such as: Strategic management(CAC), Finances(ACCA), Internal Audit and Quality Management(Lloyd’s Register UK).
Irina Agapishvili has been intensively conducting training sessions for public employees since 2013. She is a Ph.D of Faculty of Law at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Master of International Law at University of Vienna, Master of International Law at Tbilisi State University and a Bachelor of Jurisprudence with a specialization in international law also at Tbilisi State University. Since 2016, she has held the academic position of assistant professor. Irina has been employed at LEPL Public Service Bureau since 2013 and has held the position of Head of Department from 2015. She has published numerous scientific articles about ethics and general rules of conduct at public institutions. She has undergone training of professional ethics trainers and an intensive, five-module training on management and leadership at Academy of Public Servants of Germany (dbbakademie).
