Ketevan Natriashvili has 19 years of experience working in public service, helping the development of the education system of the country. Currently, she is an expert of Vocational Education in the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and sport of Georgia. She also provides consultations to public or partners sector representatives, as well as to international organizations. Ketevan actively cooperates with Zhvania School not only in the field of education, but she’s helping to expand the scope of activities and general development of the school. From her experience, she’s particularly notable for the positions of Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Georgia and then first Deputy (2013-2018), where she led vocational education reform along with infrastructure projects, financial management and international relations. The result of her work was the introduction of modular approach, dual education and inclusive education, doubling the amount of professional development institutes and rehabilitation on national scale, involvement of private sector in professional development, as well as public-private partnerships models and subsequently, in planning and implementation of TVET; Thanks to her work, employment rate of vocational education graduates has increased from 33% to 60%. It was during her supervision that one of the most important governmental institutions has regained its mandate and renewed its work, which is – Zurab Zhvania School of Public Administration. The refreshment of the school means accessibility to the state language, vocational education and public management programs for national minorities. In addition, Ketevan Natriashvili has more than 10 years of experience managing large-scale projects funded by international agencies. Ketevan Natriashvili is master of Business Administration (The degree was received in 2001, Kutztown State University of Pennsylvania), master of public administration (2000, GIPA), and bachelor of western languages and literature (1999,Tbilisi State University). Ketevan is fluent in Georgian, English and Russian.
Paata Kldiashvili has 15 years of experience conducting trainings in the fields of: Strategic planning, business administration, public finance management, budgeting and taxation, as well as years of experience in managing and implementing various grant projects. He has worked in both, public and private sectors. 2009-2015 were the years of him being the director of Imereti Representation of Young Georgian Economists Association; from 2015 to 2017 he was the head of the Economic Development, Local Government Property and Transport Management Department of Kutaisi City Hall, as well as the Dean of Social Sciences Faculty of “Kutaisi University”. Since 2018, he’s the deputy director of Zhvania School. Paata Kldiashvili has developed mid-term development plan of the city of Kutaisi – “Kutaisi 2021”. To this day, he has published more than 15 scientific publications.
Leader of "Development of Personal and Professional Competences" program. Nino Nanikashvili first started her career in 2007 in HR management field. During her career, she has held various positions, including: Head of HR Department of MIA Border Police of Georgia, Head of HR Management Service of “Sante GMT Products”, Head of HR Management Department of Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia, she has also worked as the head of administration of the same ministry. Since 2013, she has been actively involved in the process of public service reform and was a member of the working group. From 2019, Nino is the Head of Human Capital Management and Administration Department of restaurant network Ltd. “GMT” Group. From 2019, she has been cooperating with Zhvania School and is the leader of “Development of Personal and Professional Competences” program. She has many years of experience being a trainer and an expert and has cooperated with organizations such as: GIZ, NATO PDP, Public Service Bureau. She is an invited lecturer at Eastern European University.
Nino Tvaltvadze has many years of experience working in public sector. She worked as the coordinator of eastern partnership countries – European Association of Local Democracy founded by European Assembly. Currently, Nino Tvaltvadze holds the position of Deputy Mayor of the City of Kutaisi. She is also associated professor of University of Kutaisi. She has also taught at Akaki Tsereteli State University and other educational institutions. Nino Tvaltvadze is a participant of Professional Fellows Program. Within the framework of the program, she interned at the Chicago Human rights Commission. She has many years of experience being in the human rights field. Recently, she cooperated with regional and local self-government congress of European Assembly as an expert in the field of municipal law and civil engagement.
Nino Guleishvili has 16 years of experience working on leading positions in public sector. Currently, she is a representative of the Energy Ombudsman in Western Georgia. Since 2015, she has been conducting trainings in general administrational law. Nino Guleishvili also conducts lectures in public law. She works as an expert consultant in the State Language teaching program. She has taken part in various conferences and seminars.
